Can you change your last name and your records in 6 months? Is it a very time consuming process? - minnesota name change marriage

*** I am on this question of marriage and divorce, asking, because I'd imagine that many people here changed their names. I changed my name by marriage, but for other reasons .***

I have my application and documentation in my court, but my case has not yet been reviewed by a judge. I live in New Jersey, and I am moving to Minnesota at the beginning of the 09th June, so that is 6 months from now. This is a list I found online, what kind of files that describes the need for modification. Is there something missing here? How do I change my birth certificate?

* Department of Motor Vehicles
* Social Security Administration
* Credit Card Agencies
* Internal Revenue Service
Utilities *
* Your Employer
* Mail
* Your mother
Passport
* Bank
* Stocks, bonds, mutual funds
* Pension
* Real Estate
* Professional associations
* The Registrar of votes
* Vehicle Licensing
* Home, auto and life insurance
* Your will
* Wills others
* Your doctor
* Your Lawyer
* The power of representation
* Trust
* Contracts
* Loyalty
* Protection Bureau
* Veterans Administration
* Academics (although they still have to pay school loans may be tempted to not worry)

Thank you in advance for the answers.

There is an extensive list of printers that are found in http://www.namethatbride.com - click on a checklist. Good luck!

You can never change the name on his birth certificate. It is impossible. I'm not sure what your reasons may be, but not legally. The list seems fairly comprehensive, however.
